HOW COLD SCULPTING

WORKS

In its simplest terms, cold sculpting or cryolipolysis, is the process in which fat cells are triggered to die off by extreme cold. The key being fat cells dying without effecting any other cell or tissue. Fat cells are destroyed by the process of getting them to a temperature low enough that they crystalize without effecting surround tissue such as skin and nerves. When fat cells are triggered by the cold, it causes inflammation within the area as the combination of extreme cold and blood drawn in from the vacuum of the machine handle damage fat cells beyond repair. Because the cold temperatures are strictly controlled, damage to other structures of the treatment area are avoided leaving focus to only fat cells. Over the course of 1 – 3 months, the dead fat cells are broken down by the body and the cellular debris is disposed of as part of the body’s natural repair process.

Steps in Fat Freezing

1. The Body Sculpting procedure targets and freezes fat cells at a temperature that triggers fat cell apoptosis.

2. Nerves and other tissues remain unaffected, because the lipids in fat cells crystallize at a higher temperature than the water found in other types of cells..

3. After treatment, the fat cells die off and are gradually eliminated by the body over the following weeks and months..

4. The layer of fat cells is considerably reduced.

About Our Machine

Our machine is owed and operated by professional New You Body Sculpting technicians and unlike majority of machines, can accommodate 4 treatment zones in a single session. The multiple handles vary in size with two large handles that is used on larger treatment areas 2 smaller handles that are used on smaller areas or on multiple treatment zones on one large area.

As a result of our multiple handle machine, our customers can maximize their session with multiple treatments areas in as little as 45 minutes.
