Naturally, grocery stores are busier during the weekends and that is what causes those dreadful lines. Try your shot at a Monday evening shopping trip. You could also stock up on some frozen items that will allow you to meal prep and stop your mind from drifting to McDonald’s.

    Pay attention to those sparks in your mind. Maybe you should buy that kayak you saw on Kijiji or those kettlebell weights you can use in your backyard. You don’t need to be in a group to find a new active hobby.

    Virtual physical activity classes have really taken off in the past few years. They continue to improve with subscription plans and live attendance abilities. People are finding that it feels more personalized than ever before. You can find almost any type of class online.
  • Veggie tales:
    The changing season equals new and fresher produce in the grocery stores. Try a new vegetable or fruit. It’s a great way to experiment with your meals. There’s no harm in trying something new. You may find that you discovered a new healthy go-to.
